For more than a quarter century, the firm’s principals, Anthony J. Pagliuco, Jr. and Robert C. Opalacz have provided accounting, tax, and consulting services to many Chicagoland businesses, not-for-profit organizations and individuals. Anthony J. Pagliuco Jr., CPA
Tony oversees the business operations of the firm as well as the firm’s tax department. He started his career in public accounting in 1979 and has extensive experience in providing business and tax consulting services. Tony has taught undergraduate college courses in Taxation and Accounting and is a co-author of the Illinois CPA Society’s Legislator’s Tax Guide.
Tony received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, with Honors, from Benedictine University and a Master of Science in Taxation Degree, with Distinction, from DePaul University. He has served on the financial boards of Chicago area not-for-profit organizations including the Salvation Army Harbor Light Center and the church in his community.
Robert C. Opalacz, CPA
Bob oversees the accounting and assurance services provided by the firm. He has been in public accounting since 1987 performing accounting, auditing, consulting and income tax services for clients in the manufacturing, pension benefits, distribution & warehousing, construction, real estate, and service industries. He has worked with numerous closely-held businesses, ranging from start-ups to multi-million dollar companies, not-for-profit organizations, and employee benefit plans.
Bob received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois-Chicago and his Master of Science in Taxation from Northern Illinois University. He has served on various boards of directors for charitable and not-for-profit organizations and has been active in children’s charities.
Michael P. Larmon CPA,CPA
Mike manages the firm’s audit and other attest engagements and is on the firm’s consulting team. He handles accounting and tax preparation engagements for business clients and prepares individual tax returns as well. He started his career in public accounting in 1997 and has expertise in contractor accounting and consulting and forensic accounting.
Mike received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Marquette University and a Masters Degree in Operations Management from Loyola University of Chicago. He has served on the board of directors of a Chicago based children’s charitable organization.
